Alvarez Industrial cleaning was founded 2010 by Chad Alvarez as an industrial painting company for a local factory.
Initially the company only offered general cleaning and painting but in 2013 Alvarez Industrial Cleaning transitioned into a corporation in vermilion county and added complimentary services to better serve our customer base.
Our goal is to provide a level of service and products so high that customers will be happy to be on a waiting list, knowing what kind of service and specialty products we will provide for our potential customers.

Future plans would have to be upgrading current equipment to better serve our customers. Adding stronger vacuums for the floor grinders would help with dust control.
Larger concrete grinders for faster production. Possibility of a second production crew to lessen the wait time for customers.
