Alvarez Industrial cleaning was founded 2010 by Chad Alvarez as an industrial painting company for a local factory. Initially the company only offered general cleaning and painting but in 2013 AIC transitioned into a corporation in vermilion county and added complimentary services to better serve our customer base. 

Our goal is to provide a level of service and products so high that customers will be happy to be on a waiting list, knowing what kind of service and specialty products we will provide for our potential customers.
